You will be really glad to hear that this is the last fitness routine post. Fridays and Mondays will now have to be spent in the treadmill room. There is a smallish weight room at the gym and we are going to set up our own "curves" type circuit for the days when there are no 10 a.m. classes that we like.
So I arrive at the gym ready to do the treadmill and a friend coerces me into doing a 10 a.m. body conditioning class. I think I'm figuring out this fitness and diet conspiracy. This is just to let you know that it IS possible to become too tired to eat! That's how it works.
It's snowing again today in these parts, enough to shovel a bit, but that will have to wait. I may have a little nap with the crossword puzzle! :)
