Rosemary

There is nothing quite like fresh branches of rosemary at the beginning of fall. They are thick and redolent of an entire summer of sun bathing. Lamb chops on the grill, a drizzle of olive oil and rosemary fresh from the herb garden.

  1. I've been making a wonderful creamy chickpea soup that uses fresh rosemary too. We all LOVE it. I'd like to come over and have some of those great lamb chops with rosemary. Or skewer some veggies on rosemary sticks. Yum....

    had Lamb shanks on Saturday night...
    Rosemary certainly does enhance the flavor of Lamb...
    I used cinnamon in my shanks...deeeelish!!

  3. Can just smell the rosemary and lamb now! Great ideas, Dana and Linda. Never tried the rosemary/veg. skewers, doesn't that sound delicious?
