These little bunnies will soon have an excellent hiding place as little shoots spring up. Last week I was raking right over things, and now I need to rake around them. With perfect conditions, it might be fun to take a few measurements over a couple of days to record the rapid growth, just as we used to do with amaryllis plants in the classroom.
You read my mind. I just adore Lily of the Valley and I have one of my Mum's vases with a little handle that she always used to fill with Lily of the Valley and Pansies. Stay tuned ma soeur.
I really like your new style Leslie...Great photo...I believe Helen is right...things have doubled in size the last few days...My garden here at home, is already out of control!! YIKES!!!
Thanks Linda. I'm still working on some settings but getting there. I was told today it wasn't "springy" enough, so will rectify that asap :) Your garden is always leagues ahead of mine, you have such a special little micro-climate going on over there. I'm still trying to get up oak leaves and have to renovate after the winter loss and subsequent removal of two small trees.
Please do take a photo of that vase with the lotv and pansies!! Cannot think of a more charming arrangement. Clearly your mother had exquisite taste!David
